Homeless encampment, still growing on the south side of Iliff. Four or five shopping carts, tinted, animals, people, trash, completely blocking the sidewalk, and partly into the street.

Large tabby cat was hit by a car and in the road. I moved it to the sidewalk.

Loud megaphone yelling This person is at this corner regularly It's so loud I can hear it at my house 512 Atrisco dr nw I think it’s extremely dangerous for this person to be doing this at a challenging intersection. And I’m hoping they are violating some sort of noise ordinance.

2 Orange cones look to be randomly placed in the left lane Most are off to the left but two are in the middle of the lane forcing cars to merge to the right unexpectedly I didn't feel I could move them tho

The traffic cones at this intersection are forcing traffic coming northbound on Atrisco from 47th St into oncoming traffic. I don’t know if they are allowed that left turn, but it seems dangerous as is because they are making the turn. Two pickup trucks were heading towards me going north as I drove south on Atrisco before 47th St and they had to swerve into the northbound lane.

Some of the pylons have been run over and flattened separating the opposing traffic. It appears to be causing some confusion and seems very dangerous allowing southbound or northbound traffic to intersect. Just south of 49th St. and Atrisco.

Construction causing Massive back up. There are construction workers at the intersection of Tingley and Central. They have closed the right lane just after the bridge which is causing a massive back up all the way up the hill towards Unser. Is there anyway the lane could be opened until the congestion is relieved? I just waited in traffic for one hour to go about a mile.
