It has been now 3 weeks since anyone has picked up yard waste. Several residents have multiple weeks of yard waste that now they are left putting them in trash cans jist to make sure they get picked up. Bags are heavy due to the rain, and even Fedex & USPS are driving right through them causing the rotting grass to be caked om the street in front of our homes smellings and attracting bugs. We should be receiving a credit for the trash bills and wated bills due to us having to spend an hour and our water cleaning off the street.

Sherborne Way has a serious mosquito issue. Needs spraying asap.

There was a man hole cover until recently and all of a sudden this has appeared. We do not know who put it there put it is now covering the hole but not secured.

Uneven sidewalks/damaged on the corner of 520 Maxey Drive building and parking lot. Also directly in front of 520 Maxey building.

Side walk at street curb near 449 Maxey Drive and the Entrance to Eastwind Apartments at Eastwood Villa Lane sidewalk has 3-4inch dip that is a trip hazard. Right in front of Property Sign.

These weeds are not on Eastwinds property at 1997 Eastwood Villa Lane side but rather the other side of the fence line which is pushing against our fence again. This property is owned by the individual who owns the house and property who also owns Capt. Georges. These weeds are not maintained and seems like we have this issue a few times a year. These are not trees or bushes but weeds. We have had our landscaping company come out and confirm that they are not bushes or trees.

Trees and weeds are very overgrown causes snakes to come out more and webs that reach from the tops to the ground.

3 inch deep dip in side walk on both side of street on city sidewalk is a serious trip hazard on highly traffic area where children get on bus stop.

Mattresses having been sitting along side the road for over 30 days.

The property to the right of the marker is city property. This is the third request to get the weeds cut down or out. The weeds block the view of oncoming traffic coming down Virginia Beach Blvd West bound. This is very dangerous and several accidents have happened due to this.

Sidewalk has dropped on both sides. Looks like something was previously going to get done but nothing has been done since.

The curb of sidewalk large dip, needs repaired, trip hazard. This is a city school bus stop.
