the parking lot at creekside village Rocky Creek shopping Center is a disgrace! there needs to be some accountability held here this trash has been here for months for over a year with eggs countless times from the neighborhood to please clean the trash up off of the ground. they continue to give excuses and that they are shorthanded and someone will get to it just excuse at the excuse at the excuse. I'm asking code enforcement to get involved and to get some stiff penalties in place. we cannot better our community if those in position don't do what's needed to be done. The owner of this property or management company, that manage the property need to be held accountable something should be done about this. I personally took the time to speak to the manager of the store which is also a neighbor in my neighborhood and they say their hands are tied it's up to the owners to clean the parking lot and they also take accountability on the trash being taken out by the homeless. they stay that they're not able to lock the trash cans up because the lids have been burnt up and they were never replaced. as I shared with the manager of the store who agrees to share the information with her higher up which is corporate that the store applies and needs to be much cleaner. they only send someone once a month to clean the parking lot when it used to be once a week. Our shopping centers deserve to be clean and well kept we deserve better. I believe the county officials can help us meet this goal by demanding that the commercial owners do their part in our neighborhood.
they need to also do something about the littering in the shopping plaza they need cameras and perhaps security to keep it safe for all shoppers. appreciate your support and helping this coming reality for all that shop at the shopping center for much cleaner and safer environment.

I've reported this house in the past this house has serious major issues it continued to be a dumping site also there's a peer to be vultures large vultures in the yard. I don't know if that represents something is deceased on the property but it smells please come and find what is going on

the house is the bandit windows are broken out door is open. the house is a eyesore in the community it creates squatters and homeless people to be on the property. there's also trash and debris from illegal dumping in front of the house. please send help

Call enforcement has been in contact with these owners before in the past the the most they did with the last sighting was cut the grass two years ago and boarded up the windows that have now been taken down and broken up. The building now has squatters on the property they have covered up the broken windows from the inside and barcade their selves inside of the building. We definitely ask for code enforcement and any other County office that can help us like the sheriff's Office, A judges. Whoever can help us with this matter, we believe fines need to be enforced. we have a overgrown grass issue trash and litter issue on Rice Mill Road. the local businesses that face piononia Avenue has not kept to the county or city codes of keeping their property up and well groomed and cleaned. they constantly omit the back of their property and leaving it overgrown a nuisance and insightful look for the community. a report was originally sent two weeks ago when someone dumped a recliner couch in this area. they have since then dumped a mattress and box spring as well as a now hiring business banner sign. this illegal dump site does have a sign stating no dumping. I asked if someone can please come remove these items for it is a eyesore in my community. as I stated it has been a couple of weeks since I made the first request to remove the couch.
