Large commercial box truck parked over the curb, on this residence's grass, and partially blocking their driveway. This truck has been parked here for over 3 weeks.

Red traffic light is out at the NB side of Secor Rd & Central Ave.

Missing stop sign at the intersection of Oakwood and Lawnview. This is a 4-way stop with one stop sign missing on the NB side of Lawnview Ave.

Bags of trash and a whole toilet that's been setting on the curb for well over a month.

Portions of Wamba Ave has some considerable amount of flooding where some cars are unable to pass due to the deep flood waters present. It also appears that any water on this street hasn't been drained.

Large tree down blocking the 2800 block of Nash Rd.

Red traffic light on Executive Pkwy is burned out again.

Several large potholes along this stretch of road on Stannard between Berdan & Monroe. There's also a deteriorating speed bump in this area too.

Several potholes forming again on Walsh St near South Ave. This issue was apparently closed but NONE of the potholes at this intersection or the others on Walsh reported by someone else weren't fixed.

Several medium/large potholes forming along this stretch of road on Alisdale Dr near Central Ave next to the "Shops at Central" plaza. It's been in this condition for nearly 5 months.

Large pothole on the curb lane on Westwood near Victory. There's also several medium-sized holes along this stretch of road.

There are multiple large potholes and a road buckle on the NB side of Parkside near Nebraska Ave. The potholes came up a while ago, but this road buckle has been there for years. You have to either slow WAY down, or swerve around it so your car doesn't take the full impact of that buckle.

Several potholes forming again on Walsh St near South Ave. This is the 3rd time overall it's been fixed which ends up popping up again within a year.

This stretch of road on Kershaw has many small to medium-size holes on the road and near the grass median. Between Beaufort & Groveland Rd.

Two medium sized potholes on the EB side of Dorr St.

Lots of trash thrown out near the curb that's been sitting there for nearly a month. Haven't seen anyone who resides there seem to live or care about this mess.

Downed streetlight in the middle of the right lane on S Parkside Blvd.
