Some portions of lane sink just enough to feel like you're popping a curb; others are not quite low enough to show rebar, but it's getting there.

The issue is right here and on Hermann Drive, and goes east and west at this location. this street has all the dips and rises of that old roller coaster, Excalibur, and at one point the road dips slow steeply that multiple vehicles have bottomed out or at least scrape their bumpers.

Today's rain has shown that drainage is almost nonexistent on the new stretch of Post Oak. The street has ponded so badly that it nearly made both directions impassible on the temporary two lane stretch.
Given this is a METRO project, not sure if METRO or the City needs to get drainage installed in a proper manner.
