Tree is sick and dropping branches on my car, street and sidewalk. Please tend to it.

Tree is and has been diseased for years. I have been trying to get someone out to care for it for a long time. Branches have fallen on my car and damaged it .this is one of several times I've tried. The people down the street only had to ask once, what gives?. It's been years. Please do something. My car is still damaged until I can afford to get it fixed.

the tree is dangerous, it is overgrown and a life hazard. the branches are ready to fall at any given moment. the house has been condemned and vacant for years and is unsafe and a public eyesore.
