    There is a person living in their car on Greenway Rd SE. The car is completely packed full of garbage, and there is only room enough inside for the person to barely fit in the drivers seat. These are extremely unsanitary, unsafe and hazardous conditions for a person to be living in, especially in this cold weather.

    Can anything be done about the volume of the sound system at the Glen Burnie High School sports field? I live across Ritchie Highway and a couple of streets down from the high school, and every time their sound system is in use, I can everything they are saying clear as day inside my house even with all of my windows and doors closed. Does the sound system really have to be THAT loud? This only started being a problem over the past few years. Before that, I never heard a sound from the high school.

    I feel like there needs to be a "No Turn On Red" sign at the intersection of Crain Hwy N & Post 40 Road. The old brick fountain/bushes on the right side corner of this intersection block a driver's view of anyone walking or bicycling on the B&A Trail coming across Crain Hwy from the right side of the Crain Hwy. I was recently hit by a car crossing this intersection when a driver was making a right turn on red and did not see me coming because her view was blocked by the fountain and the bushes.

    New sidewalks were installed on my street. Before the concrete was poured, the workers dug up part of my driveway. After the concrete was poured, the workers did not fill that part of my driveway back in. Now, when I back my car out of or back into my driveway, the bottom of my car scrapes the sidewalk. This did not happen before the new sidewalk was installed.

    The grass along the B&A Trail is getting pretty tall. I realize that we are under a stay at home order, but I know county workers are still working. Is this just something that’s going to have to wait until the stay at home order is lifted? I’m worried about this, because ticks are expected to be especially bad this season.

    Why were the trash cans removed along the B&A Trail near the intersection of Aquahart and Greenway? The 7-Eleven and the liquor store right across the street generate a lot of trash there. At least when they were trash cans before, most of the trash was not ending up on the ground like it is now.

    There are always huge piles of garbage bags in front of this residence. It looks like food waste from the neighboring restaurant. It is unsightly and unsanitary. It gets even worse when whatever unknown animal tears into the bags and the trash is blown around by the wind. I’m sure it’s very appealing to rats and mice also.

    We have a family of at least five raccoons regularly visiting our yard at night. I have no problem at all with the visitors, but I was told by a friend that AA County runs a program that will leave food that contains a rabies vaccine out for the raccoons.

    There is a right of way sidewalk between "The Towns at Greenway" town homes and the residence located at 613 Greenway Rd SE. This sidewalk connects Greenway Rd SE with Roesler Ave in the Towering Oaks Community. Because of the extremely wet weather that we have had all year, large amounts of water has pooled on this sidewalk and created hazardous conditions just about all year long. Ice in the winter and slippery mud all other times of the year. It also might be a prime breeding spot for mosquitoes in the summertime. I do not know if the county is responsible for this sidewalk or if it is maintained by the town home company, but hopefully, something can be done to correct this situation. Thank you!

    Who should I contact about getting a bench removed from along the B&A Trail on Greenway Rd SE across from the Greenway Village Townhouses? This bench is a frequent sleeping spot for homeless people (day and night), a frequent meeting spot for drug related activity (dealing and use) and most frequently a dumping grounds for piles of trash and debris. I'm not just talking about the occasional empty bag or soda cup. Huge piles of large junk are often left there. Over the past summer, I have removed piles of empty Compact Disc/DVD/Blu Ray plastic cases, garbage bags full of trash, discarded cardboard boxes full of what appears to be the remains of stolen packages, trash, discarded luggage and more. I am attaching a photo of today's garbage that was left behind.
