A man in a neon green/ yellow vest ( city worker) came through this morning and pulled all the trash cans and bags out into 14th Street. There are bus stops on each corner with children waiting. This is completely unacceptable, cars have no where to merge over for on coming traffick. This is a safety issue and needs to be addressed. This is going to get someone hurt. Management needs to address this promptly.

This house has been sitting abandoned for at least 15 years now. The owner owns several other rental properties in this direct neighborhood that are either abandoned or falling apart. It caught fire due to people using it as a squating house. The police have had to search this home more than once in recent years. My husband and myself own the property next door and have to call weekly about 1423 because of the mosquito issue in the summer. There is water gathering inside of the home from broken windows as well as an overgrown pinetree that is practically grown into the back of the house. Grass is rarely mowed and that's only if we call and complain enough. I'm pretty sure this house is inhabitable, is there a way to know if it will be demolished anytime soon? Im curious as to when the last time the home was entered and had an inspection done. It's definitely a safety issue as well as a blight in our neighborhood. Sure hope the city plans to address this.

Tennant's have left 5 propane tanks, a tire, and garbage beside their garage(on Harper place nw) for at least a month now. The trash blows up and down Harper and all through my yards. Tired of cleaning up after these rental properties. These landlords need to be held responsible. Trash and health hazards need removed please!

Someone tied this dog up at this abandoned house and left it! This is exactly why the city needs to make these people tear down these vacant, boarded up houses. They give vagrants places to hide out, and scumbags the place to leave poor dogs out to die. Ridiculous!!!!

Tree is uprooting sidewalk, encroaching onto the road, and also has multiple power lines, phone and cable lines running through it. Branches are dead/ and or dying. Tree needs removed. Public safety is at risk, especially when trying to access the sidewalk.

Tennents leave trash behind Suv that they don't move and the garbage men don't pick up their trash.

This house is a continuous issue with feeding and housing stray cats. Now there is a new litter of kittens as well. These cats are constantly roaming up and down Harper place, Oxford, and 14th Street. They are using the restroom in my yard and the urine smell is outrageous! I have two dogs who are constantly tormented by these cats, they are eventually going to catch one of them and kill it. These strays need to be addressed, it's absolutely disgusting!

All of this wood and debris is still sitting next to the garage. Since it's summer there are bushes and weeds that are hiding it. They never cleared it away, actually they have added more wood to it.

This is what we woke up to the other morning. Called CPD to check if he was alive. This is ridiculous, our neighborhood should not have to live with this nuisance blight of a property sitting right smack center of our block. Not only does it DEVALUE every home in our area, it's a safety issue. No cameras, no lighting, and also no security. People do drugs in and around that school, glass broken and laying all over the property. Fire department was out last year due to addicts causing a fire. This building needs demolished or renovated.

This plywood and door has been kicked in for over a month now. CPD responded to this location at 4 am Easter morning with shotguns drawn! I'm getting really tired of these abandoned properties the city seems to ignore. Why does the city have a city ordinance if people don't have to follow it, and the city won't enforce it? This needs addressed!

This house continues to use the side yard as a dump site. There is a huge pile of debris and garbage along with the tree limbs and trash that lines the alley way beside the property. ( Harper place) They also continue to feed and provide shelter for stray cats on their front porch. These cats are using the restroom in my yard as well as all over the immediate yards in the area. The smell of cat urine is so overwhelming after it rains it's absolutely disgusting! Please address this issue!

Old Lehman school, grass needs cut weekly. Along with Multiple other issues the school has.

Plywood broken off the door and the exterior door has been kicked in. Needs to be boarded up, better yet torn down!

There was a truck there last week who came and took all the windows out, all the gutters down and then left the property this way. Needs taken care of, drug activity on this road and neighborhood is rampid. We don't need to be providing these people a place to squat.

Cars parking in alley way, blocking the use of it. My only entrance to my house is Harper place, when it's blocked by their cars my husband and I cannot get to our home. Please address this issue! This is one of the multiple vehicles that parks in the alley. I've asked them to stop and they say they don't have to, I shouldn't have to deal with this multiple times a week.

There has been a dresser left on the curb since wednesday, trash and junk all over side of house on Harper place, and towels and dirty laundry draped over bushes. In need of clean up.
