    Recycling collections missed again in the entire 4200 block of South Dakota (between Taylor & Michigan) (even after accounting for the 1-day delay due to New Year's holiday). Other missed collections also reported today throughout Michigan Park: 1700 block of Bunker Hill, 4300 block of 12th Place.

    DPW Director Shorter: what's the problem here? Recycling pick-up is typically prompt and thorough, but there have been several missed collections recently.

    This is an electronic speed monitoring sign that is partially burned out. Given the amount of vehicular speeding on South Dakota, this is a hazard and should be a high priority repair.

Recycling container is located in front of 4234 South Dakota (for 12 years I have carted our recycling container across the street for collection because DPW never collected it from in front of our house!).
