    On a daily basis several dogs are locked on the back porch of the residence and can be heard howling, barking and fighting for 5-15 minutes at a time 30-40 times a day as early as 6am and as late as past midnight. On an animal welfare note, the dogs are always locked out back regardless of the temperature including 100+ degree days.
