Snow and ice in roadway bike lane. Not plowed.

The bike lane here is filled with potholes, it's too narrow, and it's squeezed by right-turning cars and trucks. It's terrifying to wait at the front of the lane (as instructed by the sign) while large trucks make right turns and bounce their wheels over the curb just a couple feet in front of where you are waiting.

When you are traveling in the lane, and trucks are waiting to turn right, you cannot see the traffic lights unless you are within 5 feet of the stop line. I do not think this meets traffic safety guidelines.

I was just informed by a driver about a recent accident at this location.

I've filed about this before and was informed that it was a temporary condition. I do not think it is safe even as a temporary accommodation.

Uber/Lyfts frequently block bike lanes on both sides of Vassar St for pickups / drop offs.

This is especially hazardous because cars and bikes heading straight from Galileo Way or making a right onto Vassar from Main St cannot see illegally stopped cars until after the turn. As such, bike riders do not have time to plan for a safe merge, and drivers do not have good notice of the potential hazard.

From my workplace, I see several near misses a day.

Please relay to Cambridge Traffic Dept. in addition to PD. There is ample room in Vassar St southwest bound lane to create a temporary buffer.

The newly painted bike lanes seem more dangerous than the old ones. They are too narrow (especially given the width of the road and the painted median), and they are too close to parked cars, which increases the risk of being doored.

The same cars have been parked here for weeks in "No Parking" spaces. They seem to be getting warnings, every single day, with no fines. Warnings made sense initially when the spaces were converted to "No Parking," but this should not be allowed to continue for so long.

We do not want a parking system where people who are "in the know" can park without consequences in no parking spaces - this betrays the public trust. We also do not want to waste time and resources providing warnings every day (without fines) when drivers have already received dozens of the same warning.

Bike lane was just repainted here, but it is too narrow. It is frequently blocked by right turning cars, and it is hard for people riding bikes to continue straight when they have the light.

multiple cars parked in bike lane and street. vehicle traffic slowed as bicycles need to travel in middle of road to avoid improperly parked cars.

Parking on the south side of the road makes it very difficult to see pedestrians that are trying to cross in the crosswalk. One spot closest to the crosswalk should be removed to increase visibility.

Dangerous pedestrian crossings. Vehicles frequently do not stop, even if a vehicle in the other lane has stopped and the pedestrian is in the middle of the road. High speed traffic (~50 mph).

Enforcement needed. High potential for serious injury.

This is a push button pedestrian cross-walk with no other intersection features. I couldn't see the lights facing vehicles but a car nearly hit me yesterday when I was in the crosswalk with the pedestrian signal to cross. After this near-miss happened, multiple vehicles continued through the crosswalk while the pedestrian signal still indicated to cross. I am not sure if drivers do not understand the signal, if it is broken, or if they are just disregarding the traffic signal.
