At the intersection of S. Topeka Blvd., and fifth Street, is giving a greenlight for the eastbound fifth Street traffic when there’s no traffic going in that direction at all. The light last for several minutes. When it finally gives a greenlight to the northbound and southbound traffic, the light only lasts a couple of seconds, and goes back read again. Seeing this around 5:30 AM every day.

In both the northbound and southbound lanes of N. Topeka Blvd., between the soldier, Creek bridge, and the BP Amoco gas station, there is are several potholes in both directions of travel. Very difficult to maneuver around without crossing the centerline, making it a safety hazard.

At the intersection of S. Topeka Blvd., and sixth Street it is giving the westbound six street traffic a left green turn arrow to turn left, South, onto Topeka Boulevard and a green arrow to go west onto six street when there is no traffic going in those directions at all. It is stopping the traffic That is trying to go northbound and southbound on Topeka Boulevard. Noticing this around 5:30 AM every day.

At the intersection of N. Topeka Blvd. and Lyman Road. It is giving the westbound Lyman Road traffic a green left turn arrow to turn south onto to Topeka Boulevard and a green light to go westbound on Lyman when there is no traffic, needing to go in those directions at all. It is backing up traffic that is trying to go northbound and southbound on Topeka Boulevard. Noticing this around 5:15 AM to 5:30 AM every day.

If you go west onto 42nd St. from S. Topeka Blvd. there are several potholes in both the westbound and eastbound lanes of 42nd St. It is as you climb the hill on 42nd St. from the Boulevard. Potholes all over the place.

If you are heading northbound on Highway 75 and start to turn right, east, onto 62nd St., there are several potholes as you start Turning off of the highway onto 62nd St. It is difficult to get around these potholes as they are in bad spots Creating a safety hazard. The potholes are actually on the eastbound side of 62nd St., right off of Highway 75.

I am reporting this intersection once again for the exact same reason that I continue to turn in work orders to you guys about. At the intersection of S. Topeka Blvd., and 38th St., it is giving a green left turn arrow for the northbound Topeka Boulevard traffic to turn left, west, onto 38th St., when there is no traffic going that direction at all. It is backing up the traffic that is trying to go southbound on Topeka Boulevard. Noticing this at 5:30 AM every single day. Also, at 3:30 PM every day at the same intersection that the lights are all screwed up and not giving proper timing for the appropriate traffic to go to direction I need to go

At the intersection of S. Topeka Blvd., and 38th St. it is giving the northbound Topeka Boulevard traffic a green light to turn left, west, onto 38th St. and a green light for traffic to go northbound on Topeka Boulevard when there is zero traffic needing to go that way at all. It is giving a red light to the southbound Topeka Boulevard. Traffic when there is traffic needing to go south bound. Noticing this around 5:30 AM every day. And there is no ice or snow on the ground currently

At the intersection of S. Topeka Blvd., and sixth Street it is giving the eastbound and westbound street traffic a green light when there is no traffic going in those directions at all. I just giving a red light to the northbound and southbound Topeka Boulevard traffic when there is traffic trying to go on those directions. When it does give a greenlight to the northbound and southbound in Topeka Boulevard traffic, the light only last maybe two seconds and goes red immediately. Nothing this around 5:30 AM every day.

At the intersection of S. Topeka Blvd., and 29th St. it is giving the eastbound and westbound traffic a green light when there is nobody going to those directions at all. The light last for a very long time. It is backing up the traffic it is trying to go north and south on Topeka Boulevard. When the light does go green for the northbound and southbound to big Boulevard traffic it only last a couple of seconds and then goes back red again. Noticing this at 5:30 AM every day

At the intersection of N. Topeka Blvd. and Morse Street, it is giving a greenlight for the eastbound and westbound more street traffic when there is no traffic going in those directions at all. The light last for a very long time. It is backing up the traffic that is trying to go north and south on Topeka Boulevard. Noticing this mostly at 5:30 AM every day and also at 4 PM.

At the intersection of 15th and Gage Blvd, it is giving a left green turn arrow for the southbound Gage Boulevard traffic to turn left, East, onto 15th St., when there is nobody there at all, which is giving a red light to the northbound Gage Boulevard traffic and it is backing up traffic going North. The light last a long time for that left green turn arrow when nobody is going in that direction. Noticing this between 3 PM and 4 PM every day. This is not the first time I had reported this intersection with the same problem. Last time it never got fixed.

At the intersection of S. Topeka Blvd. and 38th St., it is giving a green left turn arrow for the N. Bound Topeka Blvd. traffic to turn left, West, onto 38th St. when there is nobody needing to go that direction at all. It is backing up the southbound Topeka Boulevard traffic as it is giving them a long red light. Noticing this around 5:30 AM every day

At the intersection of S. Topeka Blvd. and 32nd St., Terrace, that traffic light is not operating correctly for every direction. It cycles through and gives a greenlight to every direction of travel even though there’s no traffic going in those directions. The light last an extremely long time for every signal it cycles through. Noticing this at 5:30 AM every day. It is backing up the traffic that is trying to go northbound and southbound on Topeka Boulevard

At 2525 Northwest Topeka Blvd. in the southbound lane of Topeka Blvd in front of Yingling‘s and Beanheads coffee, there is a big pothole that is hard to avoid.

At the intersection of S. Topeka Boulevard and Huntoon, 12th St., it is giving a greenlight to the eastbound and westbound Huntoon, 12th St. traffic when there is nobody going in that direction. It is giving a red light to the northbound and southbound in Topeka Boulevard traffic when there is traffic trying to go in those directions. When the light finally goes green for the northbound and southbound Topeka Boulevard traffic, the light only last for two or three seconds and goes back read again immediately. Noticing this around 5:30 AM every day

At the intersection of S. Topeka Blvd. and sixth Street it is giving a red light to the northbound and southbound Topeka Boulevard traffic when there is indeed traffic trying to go in those directions. The light is red for a long time. It is giving a green left turn angle for the sixth Street traffic facing west to turn left, south onto Topeka Blvd. and also a green light for the westbound sixth Street traffic also when there is absolutely zero traffic needing to go those directions at all the green light on six Street last an extremely long time. Noticing this at 5:30 AM
