At the intersection of 17th and S. Topeka Boulevard it is giving the eastbound and westbound 17th St. traffic a longer greenlight than necessary. Once a vehicle goes through the intersection the light stays green, for quite a while. Meanwhile, there is traffic backed up, trying to go northbound and southbound on Topeka Boulevard. Noticing this around 5:30 AM every day.

At the intersection of S. Topeka Blvd., and 38th St. it is once again giving the westbound and eastbound 38th St. traffic a green light for a long period of time when there is no traffic going in that direction at all. It is backing up the traffic that’s trying to go northbound and southbound on Topeka Boulevard. I reported this same issue a couple of weeks ago. It is acting up again. Noticing this between 5 AM and 5:30 AM every day.

At the intersection of S. Topeka Blvd., and 38th St. it is giving the eastbound and westbound 38th St. traffic a greenlight when there is no traffic going in those directions at all. This green light will last for a long time. It is giving the northbound and southbound Topeka Boulevard traffic a red light during this time when there is traffic trying to go in those directions. Noticing this between 5 AM and 5:30 AM every day

At the intersection of S. Topeka Boulevard, and 12th, Huntoon , is giving a greenlight for the eastbound and westbound 12th, Huntoon Street traffic when there is no traffic going in those directions at all. It is stopping the traffic trying to go northbound and southbound on Topeka Boulevard. Once the light does go green for the northbound and southbound Topeka Boulevard traffic, the light goes red instantly only lasting a couple seconds. Noticing this between 5 AM and 5:15 AM every day

At the intersection of S. Topeka Blvd., and 21st St. it is giving a green light for the eastbound 21st St. traffic when there is no traffic going in that direction at all. That light last upwards of two or three minutes. When there is traffic, trying to go, north, and south on Topeka Boulevard, and it finally gives them a green light, the light only stays green for a couple of seconds and goes back. Read again immediately. Noticing this around 5 AM every day.

At the intersection of N. Topeka Blvd. and Lyman Road, it is giving a red light to the northbound and southbound Topeka Boulevard traffic. The light last for extremely long time. It will give a greenlight to the eastbound and westbound Lyman Road traffic when there is no traffic going in those directions at all. That light will last a long time. Once the light turns green for the northbound and southbound Topeka Boulevard traffic, the light will instantly turn back red again. Noticing this around 5:30 AM every day.

On Lyman Road, right in front of the exit of the post office, and the entrance to Westlake hardware in both lanes of traffic there are massive potholes going across the street. This is a huge safety concern as you cannot avoid them at all.

At this intersection, is giving a green light for the eastbound and westbound six street traffic when there’s no traffic going that direction at all. The light stays green for an extremely long time. Also when the light finally turns green for the southbound traffic to turn left onto sixth Street the light last and extremely long time as well. This whole intersection needs to be recalibrated. Noticing this between 9 PM and 9:30 PM every day.

Several potholes going in both directions of Topeka Boulevard. Starting from the BP gas station, and all the way in front of the Yingling‘s service business.

At the intersection of S. Topeka Blvd., and 21st St., it is giving a greenlight for the westbound and eastbound 21st St. traffic and after the traffic goes by the lie continues the street green for a very long period of time when there is no traffic on that direction. it is giving a red light for the northbound and southbound in Topeka Boulevard traffic and backing up traffic as the light stays red for a long period of time. Noticing this around 5:30 AM.

At the intersection of S. Topeka Blvd., and 38th St., the whole intersection traffic lights are jacked up. It is giving green left turn arrows in every direction and green lights in every direction when there is no traffic going eastbound or westbound or any traffic that wants to turn Left, east, onto 38th St., or anybody wanting to go westbound on 38th St. with green arrows and no traffic but wanting to go to directions at all. Is backing up the traffic that is trying to go north and south on Topeka Boulevard. Nursing this around 5:30 AM.

At the intersection of S. Topeka Blvd., and 37th St. it is giving a greenlight for the eastbound and westbound 37th St. traffic when there is no traffic going in that direction at all. Is giving a long red light for the northbound and southbound in Topeka Boulevard traffic when there is traffic needed to go on this direction. Never seen this between 5:15 AM and 5:45 AM every day.

There are a couple of potholes in the southbound lanes of N. Topeka Blvd., across from the title loans store, and in front of the printing company. Both lanes of travel heading southbound.

There are several potholes in the inside, right hand lane, S. Topeka Blvd., in front of Laird, Noller Ford just south of 21st and Topeka Boulevard. You have to swerve into the other lane to avoid the potholes making it a safety hazard.

In the southbound right hand lane of Topeka Boulevard just north of 27th and Peak Boulevard. There is a pothole that makes it difficult to navigate around without swerving over into the other lane of travel.

At the intersection of S. Topeka Blvd., and 12th, Huntoon Street intersection, it is giving a left green turn arrow for the northbound Topeka Boulevard traffic to turn left, west, onto 12th St., when there is no traffic going that direction at all. It is giving a red light for the southbound Topeka Boulevard. Traffic when there is traffic needing to go that way. Noticing this around 5:30 AM every day

At the intersection of sixth at S. Topeka Blvd. it is giving a left green turn arrow for the westbound six Street traffic to turn left, south, onto to pick Boulevard and a green arrow for the eastbound 63 traffic to go west onto six street when there is no traffic going in those directions at all. That light last a couple of minutes. It is giving a red light to the northbound and southbound Topeka Boulevard. Traffic when there is traffic trying to go his directions. When the traffic light goes green for the northbound and southbound in Topeka Boulevard traffic delay only last a couple of seconds and goes back red again. I have turned in this issue and reported it to you guys over a week ago and we are still having this problem. Noticing this between 515 and 5:45 AM every day.

At the intersection of N. Topeka Blvd. and Lyman Road it is giving the westbound Lyman Road traffic a green left turn arrow to turn left, south, onto Topeka Boulevard and a green arrow for them to go westbound onto Lyman Road when there is no traffic going in that direction at all. That lies last for several minutes. it is giving a red light to the northbound and south bound Topeka Boulevard traffic when there is traffic, needing to go both directions. When the light finally does go green for the northbound and southbound in Topeka Boulevard traffic, the light only last for a few seconds. Noticing this Around 5:30 AM every day.

At the intersection of S. Topeka Blvd., and fifth Street, is giving a greenlight for the eastbound fifth Street traffic when there’s no traffic going in that direction at all. The light last for several minutes. When it finally gives a greenlight to the northbound and southbound traffic, the light only lasts a couple of seconds, and goes back read again. Seeing this around 5:30 AM every day.
