The drain in front my house fills up when it rains and is stagnant and not draining out. I have reported this twice already and both times the tickets have been closed out saying that the drain is draining atvan acceptable rate. Now this drain isn't draining at all. If the water goes down it's cause some of it evaporated. The drain in front of my house is full to the brim and the drain on the other side of the driveway (connected via a concrete pipe) is dry. So it's just a little frustrating to be told that the drain is draining acceptably when it's clearly not draining at all. if you look at the attached picture. I have taken the picture from the other side of the driveway, drain in foreground has no water while drain on other side of driveway in background of picture is completely full and stagnant. I'm sorry for being annoying and reporting this again but I think something should be done about it.

I reported this twice already and was told the drain is functioning acceptably. However we had a little rain again and the drain is overflowing once more. Last night a van was trying to turn into the driveway and couldn't see properly because of the water and drove into the ditch. With the little rain we've had and how quickly the drain filled and over flowed. I don't think it's really functioning acceptably.
