    To whom this may concern: It has been practice for the city for years now to collect curbside trash every Monday. Ours has been uncollected for 2 weeks running on both 4 May and 11 May. I witnessed the trash truck picked up our neighbors' trash, but just kept on driving ignoring our trash. See attached photo of trash, which is bagged garden refuse, some small boards and cardboard, nothing unusual. Service in the past has been good, but not now. What gives?
