    Would it be possible to have a garbage can at the Holly Ave/Salter Street entrance to the River Walk?

    There seems to be a disposal at every other entrance to the River Walk except for this one.

    It would help increase compliance with discarding dog waste bags.

    Directly across from the daycare on Westminster Hwy there seems to be a homeless camp gaining some traction. They have their own visitor parking and friendly gatherings. Some of the campers have been there for at least a month.

    Can we see this is addressed as this land is not zoned for camping?
