    the left turn signal stays green for maybe 15sec by the time a 2nd car goes the light is already yellow. the traffic is pretty heavy in the area theres normally 8 plus cars waiting to turn left

    only 3 cars are able to make it through the green arrow. there is normally like 8 to 9 cars waiting to turn left.

    when heading east on 5400s and making a left turn on to 4015w the turn signal only let's 3 cars turn at a time and on my way home about 4pm it takes be about 4 or 5 lights to make it through the turn signal
