I had a problem at this same intersection about 9:00 am this morning. I was on Southbound 4000 W. turning left onto Eastbound 5400 S. It took me 3 light cycles to get through with only 2-3 cars getting through per cycle and a big line of cars waiting to turn.

5400 S is currently having the coordination plans redone. The started fine tuning them late last week. I've have passed your comments onto them. They are doing their best to balance the all the demands. Your feedback will be helpful to them. Thanks for taking to the time to reach out.
