Viceroy tower has a carpentry shop on one of their balconies. Uses power saw all day today. Guy has been using his balcony as a full carpentry shop for a few years. Makes furniture or something .

Is it possible to get a new curb cut here? People making right turns onto sixth Avenue have nearly hit me a few times as I step off the curb into the turning lane.

The combination of having a liquor store and large trucks parked in the last parking spot to the corner make it blind for people in a race to turn right.

seems people are feeding Pidgeons on the vacant lot.

Pidgeon population has exploded around the Belmont parkette and has caused issues for all the neighbours. people are feeding the birds.

the recent Street improvements at 6th Avenue and 8th Street are a disaster for traffic flow. I had to drive to queensboro bridge today and it was a ridiculous wait as no one is able to turn right onto 8th Street due to pedestrian traffic crossing from the park.

possible to get the sand swapped out in the sandbox at Queen's Park playground? the current sand is not sand and more like River silt and is incredibly Dusty. creates clouds of dust that reach the water park.

the button to operate the waterpark is very hard to use for children any way to fix the button. seems the button is worn out.

is it possible to have the washrooms open till 9 p.m. during these long days. the park is very busy till 9 and there's a steady stream (extra pun) of people trying to use the washrooms.

water fountain is broken on this plaza. I'm assuming it is for Public Access. fountain was really nice years ago I recall.

men's bathroom door doesn't stay open. what's the point of washing your hands if you have to touch the disgusting door handle just to let yourself out again.

seems none of the men's washrooms are able to prop open in the Parks. Pier park mens door is always closed as well.

I think the door is open also helps with keeping the air cleaner and less covidy.
