Odd side of street has a continuous curb going to the corner of Waycross. The portion of the curb located at the top of my driveway has been comprised. The curb at the corner of Chatham Rd & Waycross Rd has been compromised by a county snowplow. The compromises is allowing an extreme amount of storm water run through my property. The excessive amount of water is creating moisture issues in my house and causing massive flooding to my neighbor located behind me.
