back alley is rutted and makes the alley dangerous as you may slide into another vehicle or garbage bins.

catch basin needs to be lowered to allow water to drain. currently higher than surrounding asphalt

Tree is rubbing against building. ongoing issue and damaged the building

storm sewer cover is too high up and does not allow water to drain .....hazard in winter when it is 2' thick ice.

plugged again , they only wiped away dirt from yesterday and has since accumulated back to plug up drain

back alley is in need of scraping down. Ruts make it difficult to drive down alley and danger of hitting garbage bins.
