    A large chunk of this tree broke off during the ice storm and damaged my property, it is leaning more and more since it has broke off. I have paid to have the tree cleaned up off my property. it needs to be taken down before it causes significantly more damage than it already has. It is in the back yard of 5027 Delray. The exposed trunk where it has broke and shredd can be seen from my backyard at 5026 Delbrook ave.

    Why has this area been neglected? I have a rental property on southgate, I was just in the area and these streets have not been plowed, I was bottoming out. I have seen others post about the conditions of this area and they are right on in the description of these unkept streets. When can we expect this to be taken care of Mr. Gamble?? I've had my second plowing on Delbrook ave today. Who is picking and choosing areas to be plowed?

    Large dip in road, eastbound lane next to curb on the southwest corner at the stoplight. Not so noticable with a foot of snow now. A crew had been working in this area and this is patchwork. you can bottom out in this dip in the road. More asphalt needs to be added to build it up

    Blue 80's Chevrolet Monte Carlo and 90's Red Chevrolet Truck has been parked in same spot on the stret for weeks now. It is quite obvious with the snowfall that the vechicles have not been moved.

    It has been 6 days now that the tree limb has been broke off and at the edge of the curb. I've seen a BWL pickup truck drive up and down the street several times in the last week. Other than that no response. It is too large for me to wrestle. Not as priority as other areas, not dangling on a powerline, but needs attention none the less.

    On a regular basis there has been furniture and junk left at these donation bins. Can we get these bins removed seing it is a business in forclosure that has been unoccupied for years. Who give these bin owners permission to be on this property? If they are on a property, the property owner should be held responsible for the overflow and unkept bins with trash all over like any garbage bin. If they are cited numerous times, the bins should be removed. This just feeds the poor conditions/curb appeal of our neighborhoods. If I had trash/furniture all over my drive/yard, I would be cited and would be expected to be. City of Lansing, something needs to be done. How about we keep all the bins down in front of city hall for a drop off point and out of our neighborhoods??

    In the west bound lane at the manhole cover in the area just east of Tenny needs to be smoothed out. I blew off both hubcaps on the passenger side a few months ago with the pothole. I still has quite a dip in this spot, Some more patching to smooth it out is needed.

    The first three vechicles in the row of many never move. Front is blue venture van, 2nd black grand prix, 3rd is brown caddilac. Usually cars parked over sidewalk and on the yard. Heavy traffic of short stops to this home of many cars.

    At any given time, this home can have 6-7 vechicles in the drive and in the yard. The three at the fron of the row closest to the house haven't moved in many months. A blue chevy venture van is in the front, a possible grand prix is second and the 3rd unmoved is a mid-late 80's cadillac eldorado. This is a habitat house that is 3rd in a row of 4 of them recently built in the last 10 years or so. This home at 5112 is an eyesore having so many vechicles coming and going and parked everywhere, even in the yard
