    I watched someone cross and step into it.
    It is a potential ankle breaker.

    We need a bathroom on the SOUTH side of Riverside Park.
    As example there are TWO at Penisular Park and park has hardly any use.
    This end of Riverside park always has a lot of use AND people often stealth camp in RVs and cars here.
    This end REALLY needs a bathroom. No one is going to walk all the way across the park to Cross street if they have to go.

    RIGHT ACROSS from middle school there is direct access onto freeway through fence down at start of wall. It is a very dangerous situation that no kid could resist.
