There is no privacy crisis instruction fencing along the nomahegan swim club property line and the construction zone at the Williams Nursery apartment site. There is also an enormous amount of mud flowing onto the property. They did add some silt fencing at my last request but not for the entire length. The concrete dust while they are cutttung is causing smells a
D fumes and dust in the courts.
