Drainage/Flooding Issue Archived320 Dover Rd Westwood, MA, 02090, USA - Westwoodseveral years ago a contractor installed a berm at the top of our driveway. It is too high, given the slope of the driveway, and causes vehicles to bottom out sometimes. OUr neighbor has asked us to fix it. Is this something the DPW will do? If not, do we need permission or anything?
