The loading dock between Ray's pawn & jewelry 712 S. 2nd St & Gartner's insurance 714 S. 2nd St. Is becoming a haven for Inappropriate activity. Daily we are cleaning up empty vodka bottles , trash of all sorts & asking people to leave. Weekly we are cleaning up used condoms, feces, tampons & kicking out or having the PC pick up inebriated individuals. Occasionally , serious fights, stabbings, used needles. One fight caused over $1000 damage to our vehicle. Enough is Enough!
My wife can not confront the individuals like I do. On 8-8-19 she called the police and reported a large number of individuals were congregated between the buildings and asked for assistance. Assistance did not arrive. A major fight broke out and an individual ran out in the street a flagged an officer down. It did not have to get to that point! Something has to change. It is not just my building, it is all up and down 2nd St.!
