A large pile of unknown substance/stuff (2'x3') was dumped on the wetland side (north side of street) about 20 feet from the 15 mile per hour sign. It appears to be small shavings and bits of white plastic or fiberglass??? My dog started sniffing it and attempted to taste it. If ingested by wildlife or ends up it the wetland area if could endanger the wildlife. It is just off the dirt walkway along the wetland.

Overgrown vegetation needs to be mowed along sidewalks on Mahogany, and some storm drains are packed with debris and do not drain well.

  • 1653–1699 Taylor Ave Bellingham WA 98225, United States - South Hill
There is about 15 feet of very loose, deep gravel that poses a tripping and slipping hazard. Please remove all of the excess gravel in this road. People walk the alley and cross Taylor and this is a hazard.

A lot of the tree wells in the sidewalk are 2 to 3 inches low. I work at a down town business and watch multiple people roll their ankle and occasionally fall DAILY. This needs to be addressed before someone is seriously injured.

Large DIY bike trailer (?) was left on Bill Mcdonald Pkwy yesterday and later pushed down the ridge, landing in the middle of the field behind Southside Studio Apts.
  • Aldrich Rd & Larrabee Rd Bellingham, WA, 98226, USA - Whatcom County

Hi there. First of all, I have never ever submitted a complaint or request for traffic mitigation and frankly I think you all do a great job. I've lived in Bellingham since 1991 and have appreciated all the many improvements over the years. I moved out to Cordata about three years ago and I use Aldrich Rd. frequently to get into town. One thing which I've consistently observed is at the intersection of Aldrich and Larrabee Rd. there seems to be some line of sight issue for cars going from Larrabee to Aldrich. I have almost gotten into two accidents there myself as someone pulled out in front of me as I traveled southbound on Aldrich, and it has also happened to my partner once.

This weekend I thought I was going to be a witness to a very bad accident when someone in front of me almost t-boned another car pulling out off Larrabee onto Aldrich. We were also traveling southbound. The car in front of me should thank their car manufacturer for the quality braking system because it saved everyone's bacon.

I really don't know what you could do there to be honest. I don't think a three way stop would make anyone happy. Neither would reducing the speed limit, although I really wouldn't mind. Perhaps a sign of "limited sight" or something as drivers approach might help? Maybe it's just a matter of cutting back some of the trees which impair sight of southbound coming traffic?

With the elementary school right around the corner, I do worry about some kind of tragedy involving little ones.

Anyway, just thought I'd bring it to your attention. It's not a frequently used road (Larrabee) but maybe you know of some kind of inexpensive way to adjust people's behavior/attention.

I appreciate the opportunity to give this feedback, and thank you all for the work you do.

The same vehicles continue to park in the bike lane and in the road. Dangerous to all. They do it over the weekend when the construction crews have moved the traffic cones and all lanes are fully open. Very frustrating.

There is a black camper that's been parked on Donovan for a few days, and today I heard a small dog barking inside. I worry about it getting too hot in there today if they keep the dog inside.
