    There are 2 poles with some sort of box attached at the top, both with stickers identifying them as belonging to the city, that have recently appeared in my neighborhood. They are on the east side of 58th St., between about 97th Ave. and 102 Ave. What are they for? Thanks

    Male driver yelling at, harassing females walking on the sidewalk (east side) of 58th St., at various locations between 110th Ave. and 94th Ave., mainly between 110th and 102nd. At various times during the day, often around noontime. Concerning, but obviously more so since this is a walking route for Pinellas Central Elementary students.
