Thank you for using Pinellas Park Click & Fix. The system is created to allow anonymous complaints, and city staff are limited as to what can be seen. However, in various circumstances Florida State Statute requires the name and address of those leaving complaints. This information would be required before a city case is open and can be left under the "Secondary Questions" section. This section can be seen by city staff but not citizens. The complainant also has the option to call or email and leave their name and address. Regardless of how it is obtained, via Click & Fix, phone, etc., this information would be attached to any complaints in the city system and would be available by completing a public records request with the City Clerk.
