Speed limit 25 signs (2) missing on both ends of S 344th St between Pacific Hwy S and 16th Ave S.

Especially now that this street is a bicycle greenway, the signs would be a helpful reminder for motorists to watch their speed.

Most of the 'no parking any time' signs (white dots) installed on light poles along S 314th St between Walmart's westmost driveway and yellow access gate/dead end have either disappeared or been engulfed by overgrown tree branches.
There was also a 'no parking: fire lane' sign (red dot) installed on the gate, in addition to ~80' of curb painted yellow with 'no parking: fire lane' in block lettering.

Semi truck drivers now regularly park here, blocking the gate and entire width of the street. To ensure the street remains clear and to allow for proper parking enforcement, the obscuring branches should be trimmed back and the missing signage replaced.

Sidewalk panel is raised on one end by 1 to 2", posing a trip hazard, and impediment to people in wheelchairs or using mobility devices. Please grind down or mark with fluorescent paint in the interim.

All 3 'no parking on walkway' signs previously installed along northbound Military Rd S between S 284th St and S 282nd St (red dots) are missing.
The middle sign shared a post with a 'cross road' warning sign + 'S 282 St' plaque (yellow dot), also missing.

In the years since the signs disappeared one-by-one and vehicle parking along the road has increased, there have been issues with drivers parking on the unidentified walkway — impeding pedestrian/cyclist traffic and blocking sight lines for turning vehicle traffic.

The first two 'no parking on walkway' signs and 'cross road' sign should be replaced.

Additionally, I think the city should consider expanding parking restrictions along NB Military between the flashing-beacon crosswalk and 282nd (possibly with a pair of 'no parking any time' signs). Even when vehicles are parked on the soft shoulder along this particular stretch, it is still very difficult for turning traffic on 282nd to see oncoming traffic on NB Military, and vice versa.

I'd like to request that new 'do not pass on shoulder' and/or 'do not drive on shoulder' signs be installed along each direction of Hoyt Rd SW near the following locations:

1. ~80' south of SW 338th St, facing northbound traffic
2. ~60' north of SW 335th St, facing southbound traffic

Here, Hoyt's narrow shoulders widen enough to accommodate vehicle access. The wide shoulder continues for about half a mile going north and about a quarter mile going south. There is no curbing to prevent drivers from accessing the shoulders.

In recent years, I've witnessed a concerning number of drivers use these shoulders to drift into/lane cut while speeding on curves; as impromptu turn lanes several hundred feet in advance of right turns; and to pass/drive around left turning traffic stopped a few seconds while waiting for a gap in oncoming traffic. The latter occurs especially frequently during the afternoon rush hour.

These driving maneuvers are illegal and unsafe, particularly along curves, increasing the risk of collisions. This is a residential area; many pedestrians and cyclists rely on the shoulders to access nearby businesses and transit (there are 3 FWPS bus stops and 1 Metro bus stop in this area) and expect to be safe while traveling along them.

I don't think some drivers recognize the legality and potential consequences of this behavior. As a nearby resident and occasional pedestrian along Hoyt, I believe this signage would help improve safety for all road users in the area. Thank you.
