    Egress and Ingress is somewhat hazardous for the Sussex Woods Subdivision...
    Vehicles and Motorcycles have to use cautions especially entering the Subdivision off of 10 mile Rd. risking Traffic obstruction and or vehicle wheel and or tire damage.... Low profile tires especially.
    We have many complaints about this at our Association meetings.
