    Sun Valley park. Can you please send someone to mow the grass at Sun Valley park? This quite long and it obscures the potholes. I was playing catch with my son the other day and he twisted his ankle because the grass is so long and he couldn’t see the divot/pothole. It is a danger to kids playing.

    There are no speed limit signs on Silviera Parkway. The speed limit on adjacent Smith Ranch Road is 35 mph. North Avenue, also adjacent to Silviera is, I believe, a private non-city owned road. There is a sign on North Avenue with a 5 mph speed limit. Hmmm...

    So drivers on Silviera Parkway hoae no idea what the speed limit is. Many drivers seem to conclude that there is no speed limit, and just go for it

    Please install speed limit signs.

    Let me begin by thanking DPW for quick action on some issues I recently reported regarding conditions on Silviera Parkway.

    As a result of this recent work, the retaining wall was repaired and is in much better shape. During the work, graffiti on the fence was painted over. As a result some of the slats are painted a solid black. Other slats are untreated wood. Yet other slats are partly painted (graffiti). The fence and road would look nicer if the fence could be painted.

    The east side of Silviera Parkway is not usable for pedestrians as it has undergrowth 2 or 3 feet high. DPW has in previous years mowed this, and I hope this can happen again.

    Lots of the folks who live on adjacent North Avenue use the east side of the road rather than the narrow sidewalk on the west side of the street.

    Hi,
    There is soil mixed with oil in the gutter and it has a swampy, foul, smell. The muck is too watery for me to remove and I do not think I'm allowed to put dirt/muck in the trash. I's like for The City to remove this please.
