Vmail rec'd 5/20: "Hi, this is just an inquiry for a follow up regarding a traffic signal at Lucas Valley that has been reported in 2022 incident number 13296102 reported again in 2023 of September incident number 153004 74 This crosswalk is extremely dangerous to pedestrians and to particularly children. There needs to be a visual countdown timer installed in the light because the motorists jump off their freeway and jump on the freeway without any regards to pedestrians. A serious accident is bound to happen and this has been reported for prevention and there has been no action taken by the City of San Rafael. My next step will be to report this to Seven On your Side about the lack of follow up for pedestrian safety. Thank you."

Vmail rec'd from school employee re: trip hazard 5/16: "Yes, hello. I work here at Marines Community School and 1111 Las Colinas Ave. We had a number of kids that are going southbound, less Gallinas, Ave. And using the sidewalk. And there's a particular area where the sidewalk is above the great level of the rest of the sidewalk. And as sometimes kids or students from them Miller Creek School come over to use those walkways or sidewalks, they had numerous incidents there where they have accidents. Quite drastic, I would say. Today we had another incident where a kid just went head over heels on that area, so I would love to let someone know and hopefully be able to connect and fix that. again out here at Marines Community School in front of 1111 Las Colinas Ave. centerfield or traveling in the area 94903. Thank you"

Vmail rec'd 5/17: "Good morning. I live on at 38 Lucas Park Drive in San Rafael and this is regarding trimming a hedge on Lucas Park Dr. that has been done before. In the past I've seen there have been workers that have trimmed the trees on the median in on Las Gallinas and they have come up to Lucas Park Drive between Skyview and Montevideo to trim hope only Enders that are kind of in a that they actually are. It's limbo that the this they where they are located. They actually are in front of a fence that belongs to the property of owners from last scalenus, but they would have no way of knowing how overgrown they are. These hedges have been trimmed for probably the last 30 years, starting back when the department had a worker that they were. Word 2 is the Hawaiian. In any event, I know this is a lengthy message, but I would like someone to call me and see if these hedges could be trimmed. They actually overrun the sidewalk. In any event, I believe I've talked in the past to either an Aaron or a Brendan. So this is Friday morning, the 17th of May and I appreciate hearing back. Thank you kindly. Bye, bye."
