The owner has blocked the sidewalk forcing pedestrians to walk into the dangerous street with traffic behind us and traffic coming over the bridge.
He has also completely blocked the pedestrian crosswalk signal button.
Is the City waiting for someone to be struck by a vehicle or truck? There are businesses on this street and on side streets which employ big rigs and trucks.

They also left grass cuttings on the sidewalk which is a hazard for pedestrians. The grass cuttings extend to one-half of 62nd Avenue.
