Several potholes. Previously reported and not repaired. Getting bigger.

The sidewalk is badly eroded and has been for several years. Sign denoting repair work had also been there for years. Previous notification of this issue resulted in the sign being removed. The sidewalk has no repairs to it. Sidewalk crumbling is deep enough to result in twisted ankle.

Extremely busy sidewalk has a large torn up area. Deep enough to twist ankles. Previously reported along with sign stating 'construction, sidewalk closed'. Sign now gone. Sidewalk has no repairs to it.

Sidewalk has a large, badly eroded area. There is loose stone, and deep areas that collect water and snow. The depth of the wall of the eroded part is enough to twist and ankle. This has been reported previously, but I see no evidence of attention. There are also signs permanently attached to the traffic control signs that state "Sidewalk closed" which have been there since the close by parking lot was created YEARS AGO. Please note photo was taken 2015! It's worse now.

This sidewalk is badly torn up, and has been for years. Signs remain stating construction, and sidewalk not available for use, but the construction was several years ago.

Pothole deep enough to re-align tires. Rattles the car as if driving directly over a curb.

The pavement has disintegrated over a fairly large, well traveled area. There are also multiple signs that announce the Sidewalk is Closed, Construction. There has been no construction here for a few years. Please fix sidewalk and signage for the high amount of foot traffic at this area. Many hospital bound walkers use this sidewalk.

Fire Hydrant on Cove Ave is leaking.
