Side arm traffic light westbound 8th Avenue has been turned and is facing mall exit

the hedges along the sidewalk at this location are overgrown and pushing onto the sidewalk making the sidewalk extremely narrow to walk especially when two people are trying to pass was out scraping yourself along the bushes.

The accessible ramp at the corner of 8th Ave and 10th St on the (I believe it is) southwest corner was never installed correctly, and faces 10th Street only. So if you are crossing 10th from Burnaby into New Westminster you have to go into the driving lane to use the ramp. I use the ramp for a stroller so I am able to curb hop, but for a wheelchair or scooter this is extremely dangerous.

Spray points at Moody spray park could use a cleaning I think. The spray is not what it was when this park first opened.... they are getting weak like the nozzle ends are clogging up.

There is a large crack opening up in the parking lot right by the entrance to pier park. The ground in the hole looks eroded and looks like the ground could cave in.

This property is empty and fenced off but seems to have the water on and leaking or something as the ceiling in the carport area is coming down. As time goes on it is getting worse. Could be a real hazard if it continues.

12th St between 9th Ave and Edinburgh there are 6 lights out. What used to be a well lit area is now dim at night. Please address this. 1 @ Domino's, 1 @ Tony's, 2 @ 812 12th, 1 @ 1169 8th, 2 @ Canadian Pizza.

Lights were just installed along lamp standards on 12th Street. They are all lit up except for one in front of 805 12th.

There has been a huge dump on this property by Tony's Demolition who lives across the alley. This is absolutely horrific and unacceptable. Not to mention watching him on multiple occasions over the last couple months load the back of a garbage truck from the back of his trailer and property of stuff he should be taking to the dump. All this was dumped here and I'm sure waiting for his buddies who work in sanitation to pick it up rather than paying at Wastech. Why should taxpayers pay for the dumping of his business junk from demolitions? If this is not dealt with immediately I will be escalating this complaint/issue.

Constant vehicles, including a 3 Ton truck parking in the alley at Tony's on 12th. This makes it extremely difficult for owners at 1169 8th Avenue who use the back alley parking to get in and out. No parking signs should be posted.
