    The light pattern at the Ann-Arbor Saline and Oak Valley Dr intersection has changed to be essentially unusable. The left turn late into Oak Valley coming south only turns green for about 3 seconds before turning red again, allowing one car and then one or two others speeding through the yellow/red (safety concern!). Turning right onto AA-Saline from Oak Valley, the light is unbelievable quick and is causing significant delays and traffic pileups on Oak Valley Drive. This is a new issue but is causing real trouble for this area and is making this intersection dangerous and slow.

    There are a number of bricks loose on the sidewalk on M Street between 23rd and 24th NW. They are a significant tripping hazard. They're are two particular spots that are most dangerous. They are located in front of the former Thai restaurant/dry cleaners. This is in the middle of the block.
