Also gutter is not connected to existing gutter leaving a 3 - 4 inch gap gutter exacerbating drainage problems. This section of Summer Street is at the bottom of hill and there is no drainage on either side of street and no way for water to cross the intersection of Summer Street at Beachton Street.

Has been flooding the street since Monday morning . When they reported it to the city, the city did not respond, so the builder tried to open the fire hydrant at the end of the street to relieve pressure, but it washed away most of the end of the street.
