Entrance to Chester Ochs where recycle dumpsters are located The gravel has been displaced leaving large potholes in the entrance When it rains one does not know the depth of the standing water Previous attempts at fixing this problem do not last Solid Waste needs to rethink a lasting fix.

In Chester Ochs recycling area, numerous potholes in drop off parking area. In the entrance to park and throughout, they fill with rainwater. Makes for uneven driving surface.

Road gutter repair was completed several weeks ago. Why are these barricades still here? Also it appears that the grass near the gutter was torn up by the repairs but has not been replaced.

Numerous areas of sidewalks along Park Blvd have areas that have in ground vault saying ATMS where sidewalk concrete has been replaced with sand. Why not concrete?
