Deadfall next to hydrant should be removed. May prevent operation of hydrant in its current state.

Some org has posted several signs for recruiting employees.

Piled up some dumped tires and filled a bag with roadside litter.

Business sign zip tied to the pedestrian crossing post at corner of MD144 (Main Street) and Old Columbia Pike. It says “Public Restroom’s at E.C. Pops ==>” which is not an authorized sign - it’s just a clever advertisement. Please take it down. Thank you

No parking / No Stopping / Fire Lane signs vandalized under RR bridge

Dumped boards and a bag of collected roadside litter. Next to the RR underpass on Furnace Ave. There’s a second pile closer to the intersection as well.

Small pile of trash next to street name and stop signs. Please remove. Also, dumped sand, gravel, trash, and asphalt in the lot at the corner. Email with pictures will be sent to supervisor.

Multiple signs need attention from damages:
1) Stop sign has had a screw removed. Will be vandalized soon if not repaired. The spacer at one end of the Race Rd. sign has also been removed allowing the sign to be bent.
2) Bike Route sign was laying on the ground behind the guardrail with lots of damage.
3) double yellow arrow sign is askew and not attached to one post. That post appears broken.

I don’t see a category worded to describe the issue. Please forward to the appropriate department if necessary. Adjacent to 6181 Old Dobbin Lane (21045) the hillside between the parking lot and the retention pond is covered with litter. The upper portion of the hillside belongs to AA K Dobbin LLC and the lower portion belongs to Howard Research and Development Corporation. The Dobbin property is the source of all the thrown and windblown trash.

Did a litter pick yesterday along Furnace Ave in Elkridge. Sitting next to the Deep Run sign on the HoCo side. Five bags and a tire.
