Utility work was done on the road in November. When they left with the work undone, they left road cones in the street around their work zone. Plows can't clear snow, and this makes it very difficult for me to leave my driveway. Either the utility workers or the homeowner needs to keep this area clear. It is the work area and the area around it on the road.
