Someone dumped these motorcycle tires on the curb near 68 Chestnut St (not the people who live at 68). They have been there for more than a week.

Graffiti on the top front of building and on two spots on the roof. The owners probably don't know it's there because it is hard to see from the street.

ONCE AGAIN there has been trashed left out in front of 67 Chestnut and 71 Chestnut by the tenants. So I assume either the property owners are not being fined, or the fine is not enough for them to care because this is a constant problem.

There is currently trash strewn all around Academy Park. This seems to be a growing problem lately, which is unfortunate since it is such a beautiful park right in front of City Hall.

Mattresses and couch, etc. have been here for days and will be here for days without intervention.

This tire, and trash, has been on the corner of Sean and Chestnut for weeks.

I called the people listed on the sign and they said they do not have any apartments available at 67 Chestnut St. They also don’t seem to have apartments available now at 71 Chestnut either. Which means both of these signs are illegal and are basically just advertising for the company. They should be removed.

Once again it seems tenants from 70 Chestnut Street apartments have left trash on sidewalk in front of the Retail Council Bldg

Although this trash is on their property, it can be seen from both Chestnut and State Streets. Trash is more often than not strewn about outside of the containers in this location. It attracts creatures, plus when the wind picks up the trash is blown throughout the neighborhood.
