Private Property Issue Inilagay sa Artsibo13 Pleasant St New Haven, CT, 06511, USA - SOHURecently, roofing material and long metal strips have been blowing about the neighborhood and getting caught in trees, which poses a danger to pedestrians. We didn't know where it was coming from until today when an efficient DPW (?) guy with a cherry picker removed a long metal strip from a tree. Up that high, they could see the source: 13 Pleasant St. I don't know the owner who doesn't live there. Please contact him/her and tell them their roof needs serious repair.

Public Space, Streets and Drains Inilagay sa Artsibo13 Pleasant St New Haven, CT, 06511, USA - SOHUA long metal strip is hanging high in the tree in front of 13 Pleasant St. Strips like this with rusting screws and pieces of roofing have been falling off trees and falling onto the street and in yards for over a month. This one is especially long and could injure a pedestrian. Send someone with a cherry picker to get this thing down!

Tree Trimming Inilagay sa Artsibo68 Clark St New Haven, CT, 06511, USA - SOHUA big branch is splitting off this maple tree (see the enlarged area). Today’s wind storm may finish the job and cause it to crash down onto the car below. I asked some guys who were cutting up a city tree down the street to cut off the branch, but they said I would have to contact the city. Too bad. They were right there with their cherry picker, but I guess this is an especially busy day for them.

No Street Cleaning signs Inilagay sa ArtsiboPleasant St New Haven, Connecticut - SOHUEast Rock streets are supposed to be swept Monday and Tuesday, 12/10/18 and 12/11/18. It's Sunday night and there are no Street Cleaning signs to let people know not to park there tomorrow morning. Is that because the streets are, once again, not going to be swept in our area?
