The problem happens for both eastbound and westbound pedestrian buttons on the south side of 500 N. I pushed the button, and almost immediately got a countdown from 6 or 8 or 10 seconds. But when the count reached zero, instead of either starting the phase change or showing "don't walk" with no count, the north/south pedestrian signals went back to green "walk"! This behavior repeated 2 or 3 times before I finally got an east/west "walk" signal.

Yesterday I drove on I-15 northbound from 1000 N in Salt Lake City to 500 S in Bountiful. There is not a *single* city name on any of the exit-related signage. This is outrageous! Every single sign that says something like "1200 N" or "500 S" needs a city name as well! You can put the city names in smaller letters if you like. But street numbers and names are completely ambiguous and tell nothing about which city is involved. Salt Lake City, North Salt Lake, Woods Cross, Bountiful, ...

Exit ramp from eastbound I-80 to northbound 700 E, Salt Lake City, UT. Green light is much too short. Traffic was backing up onto the freeway just before noon on a Friday.

Too short left arrow, ramp from eastbound I-80 onto northbound 700 N. The arrow timing has shortened over the past couple of weeks, compared to the last several years. 2:15 PM today, NOT rush hour! Arrow only allowed approx. 8 cars in each lane. Previously arrow time was approx. 45 seconds, allowing over a dozen cars in each lane.

Although the pedestrian signal is still working, the northbound pedestrian push-button is completely down and smashed, on the west side of southbound Redwood Road at the westbound on-ramp to I-80.

There are dual left turn lanes from eastbound North Temple onto northbound Redwood Road, but this is hazardous because (as you can see from the photo) there are no painted dot leader lines directing the two turning lanes. All four left turn directions at this intersection desperately need dot leader lines!

Northbound push button southwest corner S Temple and Redwood Rd, no light or beep when pushed, although it appears that there is an LED that should light up at the top of the button.

The beehive "71" sign is missing on northbound 700 E at about 1600 S. Only the word "North" is present on a small signpost.

There is a nasty pothole at the foot of the on ramp from westbound 1300 S onto I-15 N.

The pedestrian button immediately south of the southbound Redwood Road to westbound I-80 ramp has been completely knocked down.

400 S & 700 E, leftmost eastbound left-turn lane, no arrow given for at least two full cycles.

The "yield" on the eastbound-to-southbound ramp from 600 N to I-15 S is dangerous, and people tend to ignore that yield. The best solution (and probably not very expensive) would be to eliminate the yield and simply make the eastbound-to-southbound lane about a hundred yards longer with a merge instead of a yield. UDOT already does this sort of thing, for example, at the southbound 700E to westbound I-80 ramp just east of Sugar House.

Downed stop sign, northbound 9th West at intersection with Warm Springs Road. This is pretty surely a UDOT issue because it's part of the on ramp to northbound I-15.
