    Active water leak. In the last few days this leak has gone from a damp sidewalk to rivlets. The water is bubbling up from the ground next to the sidewalk.

    This has been reported before. The alley running from 4th Street North to 3rd Street North between 48th Avenue North and 49th Avenue North is in serious need of repair. See photo:

    There is also a continuing issue with a neighbor who continues to pile construction debris behind someone else's home. This debris is behind 363 48th Avenue North, which is vacant.

    Is alley maintenance of this sort the responsibility of the City? We have given notice of these issues before and there has been nothing done and I have not been contacted about the reason. Please respond so we know if these alley maintenance issues are to be addressed by the City.

    Alley is used by several homes for garage access. Alley is overgrown, rutted and unsafe to use. There is discarded garbage and construction refuse. Mosquitoes breed in the potholes. Needs to be leveled, cleared and have shell or gravel put down. It is an eyesore and embarrassment to St Pete.

    This alley is required to be used by several homes for acces to their garages. It is overgrown, rutted and unsafe to use. Garbage and construction refuse has been dumped there. Mosquitoes collect in the pot holes. It is dangerous and an eyesore. An embarrassment to St. Pete.

    Needs to be leveled, cleared and have shell or gravel put down.
