Trash at this property built up when the neighborhoods trash and recycling was skipped for over a week. The resulting build of of broken trash bags, cardboard, etc is now piled up taking up the space of a small car, spilling out into alley, and feeding the local rat population.

Repeat offender parks overnight in alley and blocks traffic on one exit on a tight turn.

This vehicle is currently parked on the far west end of the alley between park and Lamont between 11th and 13th. Traffic cannot get by. Repeat offender who regularly parks here blocking traffic overnight.
