    At the corners of Church and George and Church and Center, there are "stop here on red" signs. Below each one is another sign reading " except for bicycles". This seems extreme dangerous because it could send a bicyclist into transverse traffic. Is this a prank?

    UI has blocked the center lane on the green side of Temple Street for work on the other side of the intersection. The three temple street lanes go left straight and right, so theres no reason to block this lane. This is stupid and has blocked traffic back to Elm street. Totally unneccesary stressing of downtown traffic.

    Besides running his probably ilegally loud leaf blower every weekend, this homeowner is currently illegally blowing leaves into the street and into the street construction site that workers have been diligently excavating this week.

    P.S. Can't we just ban commercial leaf blowers and gas mowers on weekends? How about some peace and quiet?

    A very sweet young tiger cat has been wandering around this intersection since the storm. Saw hurricane-like markings on her sides and was going to name her Irene, but "she" is a "he"... so scratch that (no pun intended). If you own this cat could you please pick him up (and tag him!)...and let this forum know he's safely at home.

    This morning during rush hour, at The Trinity Church corner the traffic signal light was set to blink. It was pretty chaotic with so many lanes; pedestrians were finding it impossible to cross to busses. I was in a car on Temple and had a hard time crossing Chapel, and cyclists were in danger (I saw someone nearly hit). A police officer sat in his cruiser in front of the church instead of walking into the intersection and directing traffic. This put a lot of people in danger.

    Its flooded which should have dampened my impact, but the impact was pretty jarring so I think the pothole is pretty deep.

    If the City removes the redundant traffic signals on each each signal post on Orange Street (which is a two lane road, not a four lane road) then cars may stop pulling into the bicycle lane to do a right-on-red....plus the city would be able to use the spiffy, relatively new LED signals to upgrade elsewhere and save some cash.
