Snow Filled Sidewalks Archiviert462 Farmington Ave Hartford, CT - West EndIn various sections of Farmington Avenue there are sidewalks that are blocked by snow. This is causing dangerous conditions for pedestrians. Even more hazardous for the elderly and wheelchair bound folks who I've seen walking in the street. The Department of Public Works needs to get on these property owners to do what they're suppose to do following a snow fall.
