    Conifer resting on residential service lines. Been like this since Sandy, called Dominion after a few days and they could care less. Local FD said they couldn't do anything about it, but suggested I call Fairfax Co and complain. VDOT had a truck parked there a few days ago, but all they did was trim some of the lower branches. Problem will likely remain unresolved until something catches on fire or someone gets hurt.
