long 6 inch diameter limb came down in wind and rain. Silver maple. fell in street but was moved to berm. Tree is on city owned berm. One portion impaled in berm several inches.

Old silver maple , entire tree, fell at about 7 a.m. Saturday, Oct 30, 2021. Blocking Artesian Street, sidewalk, 2 driveways. Reporting as neighbor.

Traffic signal at this location flashing red all directions, pedestrian signals totally inoperative.

Artesian St southbound, median island end. At some point the "keep right" sign on the north end of the median island disappeared. At least two cars ended up running over the end of the island this winter and became stuck on the landscaping, requiring help to free the vehicle.
